The Pacific Leaders Loan Forgiveness program aims to recruit young workers into the public service by offering to pay off one third of their BC Student loan each year they work, up to the full amount for three years service. 

Basically, it comes out in the wash as a taxable benefit but with the amount of student debt these days, I'd say that was quite a perk of employment!
