My Frugal Valentine

Valentine's day is around the corner but what do you do if you can't afford fine chocolate, a fancy dinner, a dozen roses or a new diamond necklace? If you don't want to talk it over with your significant other first, at least sit and think about what they find romantic, then see how it fits into your budget.
